IT Support Specialist (Windows & macOS) New York City, NY 100% onsite position W2 Rate - $31/hr - NO 1099, NO CTC, NO THRID PARTY Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification ( prefer Bachelors Degree in IS or Computer science)
- Experience supporting 50+ users
- Certifications are ideal but not required
- Corporate environment experience strongly preferred
- remote administration and end-user support.
- Windows 10 or earlier operating systems.
- ticketing and traffic reporting tools, such as Zendesk, HPSM, or ServiceNow.
- Google Suite applications.
- macOS (High Sierra).
- Support a fast-growing group of team members across multiple divisions.
- Provide laptop support, with an even mix of Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Participate in cross-training with peers.
- Support site-level operational readiness and process improvements.
- Communicate with management as needed.
- Identify skill gaps and work to improve them.
- Collaborate with the site lead and provide backup support when delegated.
- Collaborate with peers across platforms.
- Assist the Service Desk by answering and resolving incoming support calls.
