NOW HIRING: Outside Sales Representative – Construction Industry (Roofing & General Contractor)
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Full-Time | Rate of Pay: TBD
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the construction industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to work with a respected company and build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and builders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct job site visits and provide on-site support as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales (construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints or understand technical construction concepts is a plus.
