Physical Therapist Pediatrics (PT PEDS) position located in an acute hospital setting. This assignment involves providing specialized pediatric physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient units. The role begins on October 26, 2026, and concludes on January 25, 2027, offering a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric patient population.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting October 26, 2026, and ending January 25, 2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS and Alaska Physical Therapist License. Candidates must have pediatric experience and be comfortable performing assessments, gait training, and working with various pediatric diagnoses. No minimum years of experience are specified, but at least 1 year of experience is recommended.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient pediatric care, charting using Epic, and familiarity with adaptive equipment and developmental delays are preferred.
• Float: Not required to float within scope, but flexibility is not specified.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month, including major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. All candidates must have a valid state license in hand prior to starting; pending licenses are accepted with a 10-12 week processing time. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. References are required, covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years, and must include two current references. No local candidates are accepted. Candidates will be expected to work in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings, with experience in assessments, gait training, and handling various pediatric diagnoses.
