About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and awareness, including monthly financial presentations, investment and project analysis, and acquisition analysis. This role involves leading the annual budgeting process, monthly financial reviews, and forecasting, as well as being the primary liaison between accounting, finance, and senior management. The SVP will also be involved in strategic initiatives, business process optimization, and may lead special projects such as M&A analysis and due diligence. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for graduate coursework and CPA/CFA certification. A minimum of 12 years' experience in accounting, finance, financial planning analysis, and reporting is required, along with at least 5 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, a proven track record of delivering high-quality output, and the ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. Experience in developing board-level analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to guide senior leaders, is essential. The role demands a professional who can think at both macro and micro levels, and who is adept at technical finance, accounting, and process improvements in a global business context.
