Job description:
BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Collaborating with Dealership CFO on Accounting functions/duties
- Coordinating Office Schedule with Office Manager and Part-time Secretaries
- Distributing incoming phone calls, in conjunction with Office Manager, to Dealership Staff.
- Maintaining and reconciling Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (Accounts Receivable, Warranty Receivable, Contracts In-Transit, Cash, Accounts Payable, Work In Process, etc.)
- Entering New & Used Vehicles into Dealership Inventory
- Processing Service Repair Orders & Parts Counter Tickets (recording in General Ledger & Processing Payments)
- Working with Parts Department to maintain Parts Inventory
Job Type: Full-time
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
