As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns and using technology to document activity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures. Prepare clear reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
