We're looking for an Accounting Assistant who enjoys digging into details, solving discrepancies, and keeping financial processes running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Create and distribute customer invoices while assisting with payment tracking.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records within the accounting system.
• Support payroll, expense reporting, and other accounting projects as needed.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure financial information is complete and accurate.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets that help leadership make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, billing, AP, AR, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for catching errors others might miss.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
