Job description: Customer Service Representative I Entry Level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact borrowers via phone and/or email regarding mortgage servicing of loan.
• Review insurance mail received in office.
• Maintain satisfactory work efforts in multiple queues based on specified requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies throughout the collections process.
• Validate loan documentation to ensure highest level of accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Meet or exceed defined department goals and metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Track record of over-achievement.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer oriented ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and persuasive skills.
• Sense of urgency.
• Time management.
• Fluency in Spanish required
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

• $22.00-$24.00 per hour
