Project Administrator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Admin for a leading oil & gas client. This individual will play a key support role assisting project teams with coordination, scheduling, and documentation across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within project environments, with the ability to keep tasks on track and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience supporting project execution in a fast-paced, operations-driven industry.

Day-to-Day:

• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates

• Help schedule meetings, inspections, and project activities

• Assist in expediting tasks by following up with internal teams and vendors

• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records

• Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate delays or issues

• Assist with logistics coordination including scheduling and resource tracking

• Support compliance and safety documentation efforts

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

• Basic understanding of project lifecycle (planning, execution, tracking)

• Experience supporting project teams with scheduling, documentation, or reporting

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to track deliverables and follow up on action items

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
