Revenue Operations AI Specialist

Bulls Eye Recruiting is hiring a Revenue Operations & AI Specialist to own our client's GTM technology stack — and make it sing. This isn't a 'maintain the CRM' role. This is an 'architect our growth infrastructure using the best AI-native tools available' role. You'll sit at the intersection of revenue operations, marketing automation, and applied AI — building the systems that allow our small team to punch well above its weight. You'll report to our GTM Team Lead and work in close partnership with our Demand Generation Strategist and BDR to ensure every tool in our stack is actively driving top‑of‑funnel growth. What you'll own CRM & Marketing Automation Own HubSpot as our marketing automation platform — workflows, lead scoring, nurture sequences, campaign tracking, and reporting. Serve as the operational power user for Zoho CRM (our system of record), working alongside our 3rd‑party admin partner to maintain data hygiene, pipeline integrity, and executive reporting. Own and manage the integration layer between Zoho and HubSpot, ensuring clean data flow and attribution. Lead the long‑term CRM consolidation roadmap toward a unified HubSpot environment. Outbound & Sequencing Infrastructure Own and optimize Apollo — contact data, sequencing strategy, A/B testing, deliverability, and enrichment. Ensure sequence performance data flows accurately into CRM for pipeline attribution and reporting. Partner with the Demand Gen Strategist to tool and optimize outbound campaigns. Data & AI Tooling Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools across the GTM stack — including existing + potential tools such as: Sybill, NotebookLM, Gemini, Claude‑powered internal tools, and emerging platforms such as Everworker. Build internal AI workflows and automations that reduce manual work and increase team throughput. Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape and bring forward‑thinking recommendations to the team. Support integration of Paladin's proprietary Tonto.ai platform and Bank Tech Oracle (BTO) tool into the broader GTM stack. Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real‑time visibility into pipeline health, MQL performance, and tool ROI. Track, measure, and continuously improve the performance of every system you own. What we’re looking for Required 1–3 years of experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, or GTM‑adjacent role. Demonstrated hands‑on experience with HubSpot (marketing hub or CRM); familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar). An AI‑native mindset — you think 'how do I automate this' before you think 'how do I do this manually'. Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality — energized by building systems, not just maintaining them. Strong organizational and project management instincts across multiple tools and priorities. Preferred Experience with Zoho CRM. Exposure to AI tools in a professional context (prompt engineering, workflow automation, tool evaluation). Familiarity with the fintech or financial services space. Experience managing or building CRM integrations (Zapier, native connectors, or similar). You’ll have ownership over a real stack and a real budget, not just admin access to someone else’s system. You’ll be part of the foundational GTM team, with direct visibility to leadership.
