Responsibilities Leading and supervising at least 15 union (UAW) maintenance personnel Direct all maintenance repair projects Ensuring that production equipment is maintained and running smoothly Preventative maintenance on high-speed PLC-driven production equipment Read technical blueprints and interpret ways to fix equipment Ensure the team members are adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations Hiring/firing, scheduling time-off/vaca, and disciplinary actions Qualifications Maintenance leadership experience from a high-speed, high-volume production facility Willingness to work long hours and occasional weekends Union experience ideal but not required.
