Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and review individualized treatment goals, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Administer evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Design, implement, and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with clients, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers, placement agencies, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wellness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, encompassing both adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
