Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborating effectively with other providers, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic care.

• Engaging clients in goal-setting discussions to facilitate active participation in their therapy journey.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and progress reports, complying with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals with mild to severe mental health disorders. You will engage with clients of all ages, practicing culturally competent care and employing tailored strategies to address their unique situations. This position emphasizes preventative approaches to mental health, aiming to empower clients with skills and resources for sustained wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully recognized license in the state of Texas (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
