Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, employing standard diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and objectives, ensuring ongoing progress is accurately tracked.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused brief therapy, via individual, family, and group modalities.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adjusting treatment strategies according to feedback and outcome measures.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.

• Maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards while keeping precise and confidential client records.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to provide holistic care and referrals when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in supervision, training seminars, and staying current with the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n
