Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and work collaboratively with clients to design personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific mental health goals.

• Implement prevention-oriented therapy techniques and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, to meet compliance requirements and support continuity of care.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.

• Engage in ongoing communication with external treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Contribute to enriching the supportive environment and culture within the team by sharing ideas and participating in team-building activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals of all ages seeking assistance with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant practice.

• Familiarity with local community mental health resources and best practices for client referrals.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or play therapy would be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Benefits include:
