Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, allowing for a tailored approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• A compassionate and empathic approach, demonstrating a non-judgmental stance towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and completing necessary documentation promptly.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
