Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health status, including diagnosing disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and setting measurable therapy goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that suit the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting therapy strategies as needed while providing ongoing support and encouragement for personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, emphasizing therapeutic interventions and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
