Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss any concerns, and plan future appointments.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Document progress notes and maintain comprehensive records for every client to ensure continuity of care.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client development.

• Engage in individual supervision to actively pursue professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth and individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including those with psychiatric conditions and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements and meet organizational standards for clinical practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
