Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, including their psychological, emotional, and social circumstances.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a wide range of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, while fostering an open dialogue and supportive atmosphere.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational and support groups, providing education on common mental health issues and encouraging community building among participants.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care and ensure a consistent therapeutic approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress, utilizing therapeutic techniques to stabilize their situation and connect them to appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a proven ability to effectively assess and create comprehensive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
