Junk Removal Specialist

Overview We are The Junkluggers NYC , a premium, eco‑friendly furniture and junk removal service dedicated to saving the Earth by donating or recycling 100% of all items removed from residential and commercial jobs. We are an equal‑opportunity employer. Position: Mover/Driver – Junkluggers of NYC Join our team as a front‑line mover/driver who is the face of the company to our loyal customers. This role combines physical labor, transportation, and a strong customer‑service component. Experience driving a small truck and moving furniture or heavy items is an added bonus. Driving Requirements CDL not required. You must meet our company’s insurance requirements: Valid driver’s license (NY, NJ, CT or PA) Minimum 3 years of violation‑free and accident‑free driving history Compensation Driver position: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour, plus tips. Drivers who meet qualifications may start at the higher end of the range. After 3 months of training and good standing, you may be eligible for a pay bump. Navigator position: $16.50 per hour, plus tips. No rate increase after training. Total compensation ranges from $23.00 – $30.00+ per hour, including base wage, tips, and weekly performance bonuses. Hours of Operation Full‑time weekday and weekend shifts, flexible and variable week to week. Must be comfortable with seasonally varying hours and available to work both weekdays and weekends.
