Plastic Surgery Administrative Assistant

Plastic Surgery Administrative Assistant
Private plastic surgery practice in Long Island is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join their team. Assist with daily administrative duties, ensure efficient operations of the practice. Assist in the onboarding of new employees and providers. Create/maintain correspondence, reports, statements, personnel files, PTO, scheduling, etc. Assist in the functions of the front. Supply purchasing/maintain office inventory. Monday to Friday schedule. Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Skills:
- Experience working at a private plastic surgery practice
- Must be able to multitask efficiently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule up to 6PM when needed
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
