Flex is seeking a Director of Corporate Development (M&A) to lead strategic transactions for SpinCo, the soon-to-be independent cloud and infrastructure unit. Based in Austin, TX, you will partner with executive leadership to evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships to drive inorganic growth and shareholder value. You will lead cross‑functional due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation, develop investment theses, and present recommendations to senior management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flex
