Job Skills / Requirements Do you have supervisory experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant/Store Manager in the retail or hospitality industries OR experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level? Yes? Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field. High school diploma or GED. Superior oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with proven leadership ability. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills. Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to travel through Waukesha County, Delafield, Hartland, New Berlin, Oconomowoc, and Watertown. Fun Part!!! Competitive starting salary of $48,000-$52,000 for this Monday-Friday position!
