This critical role will be based in our New York office and will be responsible for providing exceptional hands-on customer support for our Executive Leadership team and our staff globally. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, with a focus on providing effective, efficient solutions.About the Senior IT Administrator: Collaborate with a worldwide team of IT professionals, both internal and externalProvide in-person and remote support to all employees, including Executive and Senior LeadershipRespond to and manage incoming technical support requests via the IT help desk ticketing system & other support avenuesOversee and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications (e.g., Network infrastructure, Google Meet, A/V, & desk equipment)Ensure the availability and proper working condition of computer equipment and peripherals by managing and assisting with their setup, maintenance, repair, and disposalDevelop and distribute technical instructional documentationMaintain cleanliness and organization in IT offices, server rooms, and storage areas Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Security, Facilities, Finance, & Corporate Systems)Participate in projects on the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation technology infrastructure and the associated hardware and softwareManage, enroll, and improve our MDM infrastructure - JAMF and IntuneResponsible for office firewalls (e.g., UniFi, Fortinet), VPN gateways, WiFi infrastructureSupport our communication and productivity stack (e.g., Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams for both onboarding and offboarding employees (e.g., new hire orientations, asset management, access control)Support IT requirements for both local events, such as executive leadership and board meetings, and global events, such as all-hands meetingsOccasional travel to other offices may be required to assist with IT supportAbout you as the Senior IT Administrator: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experiencePrevious support of Google, Windows, Mac, and Linux environmentsPrior work with Identity Provider platforms like Okta and SaaS applications like Google WorkspaceExperience with centrally managed client security technologies such as Crowdstrike, MDM such as JAMF and IntuneStrong customer orientation and communication skillsAbility to coach and guide users through basic computer tasksExtremely detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skillsExperience with supporting executive staff members in person and remotelySarbanes Oxley, SOX experience is a plusCertificates or educational degrees in IT are a plusAt Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $99,400-$149,160 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
