Marketing Associate

To support a growing practice in either Behavioral Health/Substance Use Disorder or Care at Home, the full-time remote Marketing Associate will manage multi-channel campaigns, design AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and efficiency. Key responsibilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and events while managing logistics and performance tracking Design agentic workflows using AI tools to automate marketing tasks and optimize campaign execution Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market strategies Required qualifications 2-4 years of marketing experience with exposure to email, webinars, partnerships, and events Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce Demonstrated use of AI tools, such as Claude, to improve workflow efficiency Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health sectors is a plus
