Our client is a national third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in freight and package shipping solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. The company helps SMBs simplify shipping operations through negotiated carrier rates, optimized carrier selection, and advanced shipping technology.

With a focus on personalized support and tailored logistics solutions, their team partners with businesses to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline shipping processes.

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

First Year: $80,000–$95,000+
Second Year: $85,000–$120,000+

Additional Compensation:

Aggressive, uncapped residual commission structure
Monthly commission payouts

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will drive new business development within the SMB market by providing consultative sales solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level decision-makers.

This role focuses on identifying operational challenges, analyzing business processes, and presenting customized shipping and technology solutions that help clients reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

• Develop new business opportunities within the small-to-medium business market.

• Present customized solutions focused on operational efficiency and cost savings.

• Position technology solutions that improve workflows through automation.

• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers.

• Continuously enhance sales skills and compete in national sales contests.

• Own sales activity planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management.
