Director of Nursing – Ambulatory Surgery Center

Growing outpatient surgery center seeking a hands-on clinical leader to oversee daily operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced ASC nursing professional with a background in orthopedic and pain management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the surgery center
Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, risk management, and staff education programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Support efficient clinical operations and interdisciplinary collaboration
Oversee nursing care delivery and patient safety initiatives
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of ASC experience
Strong experience in Pre-Op, PACU, and Circulating
Previous OR Manager, Nurse Manager, or Supervisory experience required
Experience with orthopedic and pain management cases
Infection Prevention experience preferred
BSN required
Active RN license
Advanced OR certification preferred
