Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Rockstar Treatment Coordinator, who is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, and has excellent communication skills. The ability to provide our patients a WOW experience is a must. Duties would include developing and presenting treatment plans, collecting co-payments, scheduling treatment, keeping the practice booked to goal. We are looking for someone who will help our patients understand their treatment and go above and beyond for them.

Job Details:

Applicants with 2 years of Treatment Coordinator experience are a plus.
Experience with other jobs in the dental office including Insurance Coordinator and Dental Assisting is also a plus.
You should know how to effectively schedule patients, process insurance billing, and work with your team.
Applicants shall be great on the phone and provide the best care to everyone.

Dr. Cheek-Covey first studied undergraduate courses at Oklahoma State University, then received her dental degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. She furthers her knowledge with advanced training each year to provide her patients with the most advanced technology and treatments in dentistry.

When not in the office, Dr. Tennille Cheek-Covey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
