Child & Family Case Manager: Advocacy & Community Support
Nichols College
Nichols College is seeking a Case Manager on the Child & Family Team to coordinate therapeutic and educational services for psychiatrically disabled children. The role includes direct community intervention to support goal attainment and ensure continuity of care. Qualified candidates will have a BA in a human service field and at least one year of experience working with individuals and families.
