You will own the full clinical, operational, and financial performance of the agency - direct day-to-day operations, regulatory and accreditation compliance, payer credentialing, QAPI, intake and scheduling oversight, and the hospital and care-management relationships that drive your referral pipeline. You will function as the senior-most leader on site, supported by clinical supervisors and 24/7 RN coverage, and as a peer on a system-wide post-acute leadership team - not as a solo administrator in a one-agency silo. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (an equivalent combination of education and 4+ additional years of relevant experience may be considered).
