Russell Tobin/Pride Global is currently seeking a City Launcher/Account Rep to work for one of our top global tech delivery clients! The City Launcher/Account Rep helps launch new restaurant delivery customers and ensuring a seamless onsite experience. This customer-facing role combines operations, client support, and relationship management.

Pay: $23 to $25/hr. depending on experience

Schedule: Part-time hours - 20 hours per week Monday through Friday

Location: Denver, CO - within 30 miles to commute from business to business

Work Arrangement: Remote and Travel Work

Duration: 4 month contract that could be extended or hired on full-time

Daily Travel: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory (travel reimbursement will be provided)

Responsibilities:

• Launch and onboard new customers
• Provide onsite client support and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Gather client feedback and communicate improvements
• Use Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and internal systems
• Travel daily within your assigned market

Qualifications:

• Based in Denver, CO
• Able to travel locally each day
• Experience in operations, customer support, hospitality, or sales preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
