Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from their home offices while enjoying the collaborative spirit of our outpatient practice. While most sessions will be scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to cater to patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches to align with the cultural and individual backgrounds of patients.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on a range of mental health concerns, aiming to enhance resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
