Office Coordinator Production

divh2Production Coordinator/h2pSERVPRO of Weston/West Davie is hiring an experienced Production Coordinator who has administrative experience in the restoration industry, with preference given to those who have worked at SERVPRO in similar roles. This is a position of high visibility in an established company. The Production Coordinator will be the main point of contact for the administration of production projects by maintaining project timelines and ensuring all job file documentation is complete and accurate. The position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced emergency service environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliEnsure all job documentation is meeting required KPMs/liliComplete and review job file documentation and ensure accuracy of all associated documents/liliResponsible for clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing, internally and externally/liliMonitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed throughout the project via documentation/liliDaily project oversight to include monitoring job statuses, audits, and work-in-progress/liliReview and validate all job site documentation/liliWork closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end/liliReview complete job files for accuracy and compliance/liliCollaborate and assist with other departments, as needed/li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ullistrongINTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OUTLOOK A MUST!/strong/lili3+ years of administrative or office related experience in the restoration industry, specifically SERVPRO experience./liliAbility to quickly learn proprietary software/liliAbility to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service verbally and in writing/liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills/liliMaintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, while maintaining accuracy/liliBilingual English/Spanish a plus/li/ulh3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies/h3pThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.
