Retail Management Trainee

YOUR IMPACT: Support the creation of our seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team Create engaging video contents & support the creation of training modules Coordinate the department’s onboarding programs and in-person facilitations Track and update our leaders weekly coaching participation Track and update the progression of our mystery shopping scores Ensure the stores’ proper digital learning completion by following up with leaders and providing weekly reporting Track the learning progression of each new employee Track monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team Update weekly learning curriculum for store teams Ensure onboarding resources are continuously updated and communicated to store leaders welcoming new hires KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: Bachelors Degree or “Equivalent Experience" EXPERIENCE: Position requires minimum 1 – 2 years of internship or working experience COMPETENCIES: Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs (MS Office Suite, Canva) Passionate about communication and education Team player and relationship builder Strong presentation skills Empathetic with great listening skills Highly organized with great time management Creative with a strong eye for details Ability to work autonomously Previous fashion or retail sales experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication LANGUAGES: Foreign Languages a plus WORKPLACE: 598 Madison Ave. Other Information Potential starting date: September 1, 2026 OUR COMMITMENT CELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
