Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional states, ensuring targeted and effective interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, collaborating with clients to align therapy goals with their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, and more, adapting your approach based on clients’ progress.

• Lead couples therapy sessions to promote effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building strategies among partners.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to compliance standards and best practices.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment protocols based on client feedback and evolving needs, ensuring their treatment remains relevant and beneficial.

• Engage cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of client wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and immediate support for clients facing acute challenges or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
