Job Summary
Buscamos un/a Brand Manager para una oportunidad Direct Hire en Guaynabo, PR, dentro de la industria de producción de alimentos y bebidas. Esta posición liderará el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marca para productos de consumo, con enfoque en crecimiento de ventas, rentabilidad, posicionamiento y manejo efectivo del portafolio. Es una excelente oportunidad para un/a profesional analítico/a y orientado/a a resultados que desee aportar directamente al desempeño comercial de marcas reconocidas. El rol ofrece exposición constante a ventas, suplidores, compras, Category Management y estrategias de mercadeo, dentro de un ambiente colaborativo donde se valora la comunicación, la iniciativa y el trabajo en equipo. Key Responsibilities - Desarrollar e implementar planes de mercadeo, estrategias de marca y actividades promocionales.- Analizar ventas, márgenes, costos, precios, inventario y resultados de P&L para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado, tendencias de consumo, desempeño de la competencia y áreas de crecimiento.
- Preparar proyecciones de ventas, monitorear resultados y recomendar ajustes estratégicos.
- Coordinar iniciativas con suplidores, equipos de ventas, compras y Category Management.
- Apoyar lanzamientos de nuevos productos y supervisar presupuestos e inversiones asignadas a las marcas. Compensation and Benefits - Salario: $55,000 a $60,000 por año.
