As a Security Officer Senior Patrol in Coral Gables, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Security Officer at a utility location, you will support a professional, customer-focused environment through routine vehicle patrols, visible presence, and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facility buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
