Are you a California-licensed attorney with a passion for business litigation? Our client is celebrating its 15th Anniversary in 2025 , and due to consistent growth, they are looking for a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join their team in Mission Viejo .

This is the perfect opportunity for an attorney with 3-5+ years of experience who is ready to move beyond the "big firm grind" and into a collaborative, supportive environment where you can actually see the impact of your work.

• Competitive Pay: Base salary of $160,000 - $170,000 (DOE) + performance-based merit bonuses.

• Strategic Litigation: Conduct high-level legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs that drive case results.

• Courtroom Presence: Represent clients in court and confidently argue motions.

• Case Ownership: Analyze diverse business litigation matters and develop winning strategies from the ground up.

• Collaborative Growth: Work closely with senior partners while independently managing your own caseload.

• Experience: 3-5+ years of solid experience in Business or Civil or Real Estate or Construction Litigation .

• Credentials: An active, good-standing license to practice law in California .

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern legal technology and a desire to work in a forward-thinking office.

• Autonomy: The ability to manage projects independently while knowing when to lean on your team for strategy.
