Immediate opening available for an experienced Patient Access Representative supporting a Permanent assignment (Rotating (Day/Evening) shift) in Penn Yan, NY. Key responsibilities involve: interview patients or family members to capture accurate personal, demographic, and billing data, verify insurance eligibility, pre-authorizations, and calculate patient co-pays or deductibles, and provide guidance to patients regarding admission procedures, financial policies, and hospital forms, ensuring high standards of clinical safety and care delivery.
