Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Lubbock, TX

Field-based specialty sales representative role focused on psychiatry products in the Lubbock, TX territory. Responsible for executing brand strategy, managing assigned accounts, and driving sales performance while building customer relationships and maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and account management within assigned territory to meet sales and financial targets
- Develop and implement call plans that optimize customer coverage frequency and access opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers while identifying disease state experts and advocates
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and territory dynamics to inform strategy
- Handle objections and advance sales opportunities through pre-call planning and post-call evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
- Five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Proven sales performance track record and strong presentation skills
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing
- Demonstrated ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style and behavior
- Knowledge of competitive landscape, disease states, and product differentiation
