U.S. Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Managed Account Trading Operations Specialist to oversee daily workflow and ensure timely trade execution, client allocation booking, and corporate action elections. Operating within a high-control environment, you will be responsible for trade accuracy, proactive risk identification, quality assurance, and cross-functional escalation to safeguard client accounts managed by Investment Managers.

salary: $21.02 - $21.03 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• responsible for monitoring workflow and ensuring daily team deadlines are achieved for trade execution, booking client allocations and completing voluntary corporate action elections for client accounts managed Investment Managers. 
• All processes associated with the team workflow are performed within a robust control environment and the Operations Specialist will ensure trades that are executed by Investment Managers are booked timely and accurately to client accounts while identifying and eliminating risks by proactively monitoring workflow, serving as quality assurance and escalating issues as appropriate while engaging the right leaders and partners.
