- Coordinate and maintain daily staffing schedules.
- Fill open shifts and manage call-offs efficiently.
- Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management regarding scheduling needs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional resident care.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and scheduling reports as needed.
- Build positive relationships with staff while helping resolve scheduling concerns.
- Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred.
- Experience with healthcare scheduling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
