Manufacturing Manager

Sysazzle is seeking a professional with manufacturing line level experience, possibly from a circuit board division or cable assembly division to manage a team and oversee design and manufacturing which includes deadlines, workflows, people, Human Resources functions and client level engagement. Candidate needs solid communication skills and will interact with 10-20 customers per week. A family friendly approach yet holding staff to goals, accountability, performance plans and performance improvement.


Client Environment:

• Using Sage ERP (can train)
• Excel
• 50 hours/week
• 1 Saturday/month
• This role will have 20 direct reports
• In person at office each day
• Phoenix - we cannot give location at this time due to confidentiality

Someone from a mid-sized company, not a large corporation - they will struggle. Ideally, we find someone that is growing into this role (would be a promotion for them). Training will be provided from the beginning.
