Chestnut Health is a medical practice in Elgin, IL seeking a full-time Office Coordinator who will support a proficient operational work flow with the performance of various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational talent and exceptional computer aptitude.
Responsibilities would include:
- Retrieval of medical records and demographic face sheets.
- Uploading billing data and auditing monthly collections/claim denials.
- Creating provider rounding spreadsheets in excel.
- Maintaining electronic files.
- Provider credentialing.
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
- Medical practice: 1 year (Preferred)
