Director of Business Development

Eagle Promotions | Las Vegas, NV | Hybrid | Full-Time About the Role Eagle Promotions is looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to drive new business growth and build a high-performance sales team. This is not an account-maintenance role. We are looking for a proven hunter who knows how to identify opportunities, open doors, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and close meaningful B2B business. The right person will be equally comfortable personally pursuing new accounts and building, coaching, and holding a sales team accountable for results. What You'll Do Identify, pursue, and close new B2B business opportunities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Develop relationships with executives, marketing leaders, procurement teams, brand managers, and other key decision-makers Expand existing client relationships and identify additional revenue opportunities Develop strategic partnerships and new channels for growth Build, coach, and lead a high-performance sales team Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability for results Coach sales team members on prospecting, relationship development, account growth, and closing Own pipeline management, forecasting, and business development results Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new business can be executed successfully Represent Eagle Promotions at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities Help shape and continuously improve Eagle's overall sales and business development strategy What We're Looking For Proven success personally prospecting, developing, and closing new B2B business Demonstrated ability to generate meaningful new revenue and develop strategic accounts Experience building, managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teams Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Experience navigating complex buying organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline Self-motivated, competitive, resourceful, and accountable for measurable results Strong communication and relationship-building skills Promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, printing, corporate gifting, or a related industry strongly preferred Experience with enterprise or national accounts is highly desirable Familiarity with PPAI and/or ASI is a plus Who Will Succeed Here You are someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them. You know how to identify the right prospects, get in the door, build credibility, navigate a complex sales process, and close the business. You can point to new accounts and revenue that you personally generated. You're also a leader. You know how to coach salespeople, establish expectations, measure performance, and create a culture where new-business development is everyone's responsibility. Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive opportunities. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated business development and sales leadership success.
