Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Consultant at Preventia, you’ll work leads, engage in prospecting activities to drive sales growth, and focus on customer retention. The phone will be your biggest tool. The ideal candidate will be excited to jump on the phone on day 1 and start learning the ropes. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting new residential and small commercial customers over the phone Set appointments for outside sales representatives Handle incoming sales leads & enter in CRM (Alarmbiller software), includes phone, email and website inquiries Make initial contact with all new sales leads in order to qualify the prospect Communicate with existing customers to find new opportunities or needs Sell basic solutions over the phone Assist in tracking and follow up of all sales opportunities Demonstrate Preventia products and services to potential customers in office or over the phone Keep accurate records of sales activity and manage all follow up Quote technician generated sales opportunities that do not require an onsite visit Overcome objections in a professional manner Attend weekly sales meeting Handle all incoming cancellation requests, identify new sales opportunities from customers that are moving or new homeowners Perform follow up and/or satisfaction calls to current customers What We’re Looking For: Outgoing and friendly personality Dependable Strong work ethic Highly motivated Integrity, strong moral values Results Oriented Strong Financial Upside: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + uncapped commission structure. First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $40,000 - $50,000+. Top performers exceed $70,000 after year 1.
