Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, pinpointing specific issues and challenges to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client.

• Facilitate various types of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes, to comply with organizational policies and licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience providing therapeutic services, with a proven track record in diverse environments.

• Strong ability to develop and write treatment plans, maintain clinical records, and exhibit excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to effectively articulate treatment processes and outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software and telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

• Experience in collaborating with external support systems and community organizations to ensure comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
