We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our organization, support our staff, and ensure high standards of quality and compliance. Position Summary The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall operations, leadership, and financial performance of the facility. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a positive culture that supports residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands‑on leader with a passion for long‑term care.
