Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager – Estia | Philadelphia

Estia is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our management team. This is a shared position between our Estia Philadelphia (Locust Street) and Estia Marlton, NJ locations , based on each restaurant's operational needs.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily front-of-house operations at both locations
• Managing and supporting servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Overseeing opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining Estia’s service and hospitality standards
• Handling guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Assisting with training and development of staff
• Monitoring the floor and supporting the team during service
• Working closely with the General Managers and management teams at both locations

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work at both Philadelphia and Marlton locations
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus

We are looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys being present on the floor, and can successfully support two busy Estia locations.
