Landscape Account Manager

Gerhart’s Landscaping is a well-established leader in landscape maintenance and enhancement services, known for its commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and professional development. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of commercial and residential clients, ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance and snow clients, fostering strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, monitor service quality, and proactively address client needs.
- Communicate service updates, recommendations, and solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate with operations teams for resolution.
- Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements such as mulching, plantings, pruning, and seasonal color, and prepare proposals using Aspire.
- Present enhancement proposals to clients, follow up on opportunities, and drive additional revenue within your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and enhancement projects.
- Assist in planning and transitioning enhancement projects from sales to production, ensuring client expectations are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping, account management, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic plant knowledge or willingness to learn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Aspire or similar CRM software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience). Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and commission/bonus opportunities on enhancement sales.
